The support and maintenance program provides a combination of all the support services required to keep your solution up and running and your files quickly available for years to come.

Included Services

Direct IT agrees to provide the services to clients as outlined in this program within the following parameters:

  1. Direct IT will provide unlimited telephone technical support for any problems related to normal operation of the system.

  2. During business hours Direct IT will respond to reported issues within 1 hour of receipt of request.

  3. Hardware warranty
    • Full hardware warranty for appliance
    • Scanner coverage. Note, coverage for scanner does not insure consumables such as rollers, or physical damage from staples, paperclips, or liquids (*see services not included for more information).

  4. Unlimited software upgrades

  5. Services do not include*:
    • Assistance with virus or spyware issues.
    • Troubleshooting of hardware issues on the scanning workstation that are not directly related to .
